player. 31. The New York Giants rebuilt that defense pretty doggone fast last year and they performed. Jason Pierre-Paul showed he’s back from his finger incident and the team rewarded him with a big contract. So the defense will stay intact and possibly play even better in 2017.
On offense, the Giants signed Brandon Marshall to go with Odell Beckham Jr. and Sterling Shepard. So they finally have a big-bodied WR back in the fold after going small at WR for so long. But none of this means a thing if the Giants don’t protect QB Eli Manning.

He has to be one of the worst protected franchise QBs in the game right now. Left OT Ereck Flowers isn’t getting the job done and the Giants don’t have long with Manning. So it’s time for them to make a move at the position and drafting Garett Bolles is a good one.

At 6’5″. 300 pounds with 34-inch-long arms, Bolles has elite athleticism, running a 4.95 40. He needs to develop his strength a little but he’ll protect Manning’s blind side right away. When the Giants protect Manning, they usually go for in the playoffs if not the Super Bowl.
. OT. Utah. Garett Bolles. 23
