John Ross. 16. player. 26. The Baltimore Ravens are currently and always have been known for their defense. But if they are going to win the AFC North and contend for a Super Bowl, the offense needs to do more. It doesn’t help losing a great WR like Steve Smith, which is why they wanted him to come back.
It also doesn’t help for franchise QB Joe Flacco to lose an up-and-coming WR like Kamar Aiken. They have WR Mike Wallace but don’t really know what they have in 2015 first-round pick Breshad Perriman. In two years, he’s played in just 16 games and has only started one.

It’s hard to depend on a guy with that kind of injury history that soon to be there week to week. So here at No. 16 overall, the Ravens look to got Flacco another target to throw the ball to. And John Ross, the fastest man in the NFL already, is a good fit for his big-arm.

Ross uses great route-running, that 4.22 speed to separate and hands to complete plays down the field. Having a blazer like Mike Wallace on the other side will leave defenses picking their poison. Then drafting an RB in the second round will have the Ravens ready to compete in the AFC North.
. WR.
