16. Former Alabama TE O.J. Howard is about as rare a talent as you’ll find coming into the NFL. At 6’6″, 250 pounds with long arms, his 4.5 40 makes him a scary matchup for an opposing defense. You can’t cover him with a CB or a S because he will simply catch the ball over them.

And if you try to cover him with an LB, he will simply shake him and run away from him. He also has great hands to finish the play so there will be no worries about him in that department. He will be a dynamic pass catching TE but you don’t have to worry about him being just that.

According to Pro Football Focus, Howard had the best run blocking rating of any TE in the nation. You have a dynamic TE that at the same time is a complete TE so he’s going in the top 10. And the Buffalo Bills at No. 10 overall are the perfect team for him and his skill set.

He would be an excellent complement to WR Sammy Watkins and a security blanket for QB Tyrod Taylor. And since he run blocks so well LeSean McCoy and the running game will not suffer. If the Bills can get it together on defense, the Bills could be on the way up in 2017.
. TE. Alabama. O.J. Howard. 10. player
