Meanwhile, the Philadelphia Eagles are building around QB Carson Wentz, whom they gave up the farm for. They got this pick in the first round by trading Sam Bradford to the Minnesota Vikings. Getting some speed to go with Wentz’ big arm is a good idea here at No. 14 overall.

The Eagles already went out and got Alshon Jeffery and Torrey Smith to improve the passing game. And adding Ross in the draft would really make the offense explode with all the speed he has. The Eagles have a great offensive line and solid defense so they are in good shape for 2017.

John Ross is walking into the NFL as the fastest man in the league already period. As far as the NFL Scouting Combine goes, he’s the fastest man in the history of the league. And on the field, it looks like he’s jogging while running by guys, it’s so effortless for him.

Speed may be a big part of his game but Ross has more to his game than just speed. He’s an excellent route runner, has great hands and can make things happen after the catch. He has the potential to be a faster version of Antonio Brown of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
