He has great ball skills to create turnovers and adds extra value as a four-down player that returns punts. The Green Bay Packers should sprint to the podium to get White if he’s available at No. 29 overall. The Packers’ secondary got scorched with big plays all year so they need help there.
Aaron Rodgers was amazing last year, turning a non-playoff year into a playoff year with his play. But his lack of help from the defense, particularly the secondary, made it impossible for him to take the Packers further. If the Packers can straighten the secondary up, the Packers can get to the Super Bowl.

Tre'Davious White
CB, LSU
Former LSU CB Tre’Davious White went into this draft process this offseason with questions about his speed. And he answered those questions emphatically with a 4.47 at the NFL Scouting Combine. With that out of the way, scouts can focus on everything else he brings at the CB position.
And there’ a lot to like as White is 5’11”, 192 pounds with 32 1/8-inch-long arms to touch WRs at the line. He also has the fluid hips and feet to play off of his man and mirror opposing WRs. White is a versatile CB that can play in any scheme and can play anywhere including the slot.
