Several years ago the Browns took a risk on a Florida cornerback who had a poor performance at the NFL Combine. They can do it again this year by drafting the talented Jalen Tabor. His poor 40-times have derailed what was once a 1st round grade.

The Chicago Bears need a lot of help in the secondary—especially players capable of generating turnovers. Utah’s Marcus Williams is a ball-hawking safety who would provide Chicago’s defense with a game changer.

So far, the Bears have added Marcus Lattimore and Williams to what was a horrible secondary. These additions would represent a major upgrade in talent.
