46. Reuben Foster is everything the NFL is looking for in an ILB in today’s game. He’s a bit undersized at 6’0″, 229 pounds with with all kinds of speed to go sideline to sideline. With that speed, he has the agility and fluidity to cover opposing TEs and RBs.

But at the same time, Foster lacks absolutely nothing in the way of physicality. He is a jackhammer that will come up and strike an OG the same way he would a FB. And once he’s done that, you already know what he’s going to do to the ball carrier.

The Indianapolis Colts, known for their soft defense these days, can use an ILB like Foster. They lost a good football at the same position in free agency last offseason in Jerrell Freeman. And without him, the Colts gave up a whopping 4.7 yards per carry.

They’re not going to beat the Titans in the AFC South or any team with that kind of defense. Andrew Luck and the offense do their part and need the defense to do theirs. A player like Foster would help the Colts defense do that and get rid of the soft image.
. ILB. Alabama. Reuben Foster. 15. player
