Corey Davis. 18. player. 35. Former Western Michigan WR Corey Davis has injuries the precluding him from offseason testing. It’s scary when you have a WR prospect coming out of a small school with no 40 time on him. But when you watch Davis on tape, he has what it takes to be a solid WR in the NFL. <p>No matter what school you come out of, you’re either a good route-runner or you’re not. And when the ball is thrown your way, you’re either going to catch the ball or drop it. Those are the absolutes of the WR position and he has those while he’s 6’3 209 pounds.</p> <p>He looks like he runs a 4.5 and his game isn’t built on blazing speed so he’ll be just fine. He’ll be a dependable No. 1 WR that makes plays for his team as soon as he gets in the NFL. The Titans have one more weakness to strengthen and that’s at the WR position.</p> <p>QB Marcus Mariota needs that dependable No. 1 WR to go to on third down and in the red zone. So after tightening up their defensive weakness at No. 5 overall, the Titans tighten up their offensive weakness. This team would be on the way and the Houston Texans would have to watch out. . </p>.
