The more tape on him you watch the more you find on him that you really like. There surely isn’t a lot not to like as he didn’t allow a single TD in 2016. King has only allowed one TD in the last 28 college games he has played in.

All Green Bay Packers CBs did last year was give up TDs along with big plays. So getting a guy like King will at least give the Packers a chance to shut one WR down. The Packers will have to address the CB position again in Round 2 for the Packers to make it to the Super Bowl. .

Like Marcus Peters, CB Kevin King is coming out of Washington as a well-schooled CB. The 6’3″, 200 pounder has 32-inch-long arms and uses them to hound opposing WRs. He also has the movement skills and the speed to play in off-man coverage.

At the 2017 NFL Scouting Combine, he put his speed and movement skills on full display. He ran and impressive 4.43 in the 40 and got through his 3-cone drill in 6.56 seconds. That performance started the first-round talk for him and he my not be done ascending.
