6. New York Jets- Malik Hooker, S, Ohio State
Malik Hooker’s ball skills and ability to generate turnovers separates him from the other defensive backs in this draft. He’s someone that will make a quarterback pay for a poor pass or hurried decision. Hooker is still developing as a player with his upside being through the roof.
7. Los Angeles Chargers- Jamal Adams, S, LSU
The Chargers have some options with this pick, but they could use an impact safety like Jamal Adams. His versatility would give Los Angeles the ability to run multiple schemes and game plan against mismatches.

They could also look at the quarterback position in order to find a long-term replacement for Philip Rivers.
8. Carolina Panthers- Jonathan Allen, DL, Alabama
Jonathan Allen is a unique prospect thanks to his ability to stuff the run and generate pressure on the quarterback. He does this from mainly from the edge where he uses his power to control the action. The Panthers love building from the inside out and Allen would be a great addition.
It’s also possible that the Panthers are looking to replace Star Lotulelei and Kawann Short in the next two years.
9. Cincinnati Bengals- Mike Williams, WR, Clemson
The Cincinnati Bengals need to add some more offensive fire power. They will be in great position at pick No. 9 to address this need. Mike Williams is a big-bodied receiver who plays an aggressive style of football.
His ability to high-point the ball makes him a big-play and red zone threat.
10. Buffalo Bills- Corey Davis, WR, Western Michigan
Corey Davis is a well-rounded receiver prospect who can stretch the field and run crisp routes. He’s flying under the radar a little at this point due to the fact an injury has kept him out of workouts. However, the Buffalo Bills would score a big-time playmaker if they land him here.
