16. Baltimore Ravens- O.J. Howard, TE, Alabama

The Ravens have more pressing needs, but this is a franchise that typically leans towards drafting the best player available. O.J. Howard sits inside the top-10 on my big board as someone who can be a real difference maker in the league.

Howard is a great athlete who can impact the game as a pass catcher, but also shows the ability to contribute in the running game.

17. Washington Redskins- Joe Mixon, RB, Oklahoma

This pick should come as a surprise, but Joe Mixon’s stock is trending upwards as teams start to dig deeper into his off-field behavior. There’s no overlooking his domestic violence arrest and it will pull him off a few team’s draft boards.

However, he’s a top-10 talent who is one of the more explosive playmakers in this draft class. It only takes one team that feels he has changed as a person to want to cash in on his talent. The Redskins are a franchise that doesn’t shy away from these type of situations.

18. Tennessee Titans- John Ross, WR, Washington

Tennessee has a tough decision to make on how they want to handle their 1st round picks. If they keep them both they got to find where the value sits between their two biggest needs. They need to find a top-flight cornerback and potential No. 1 target for Marcus Mariota.

Earlier in this mock, they grabbed Marshon Lattimore and now add the speedster John Ross. Tennessee could have approached it differently and went with Mike Williams at No. 5 and someone like Gareon Conley here.

19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers- Gareon Conley, CB, Ohio State

Gareon Conely’s stock is red hot right now thanks to his performance at the NFL Combine. The elite athleticism that he showed helped back up the strong coverage skills he showed on tape. He’d be a great fit for the Kansas City Chiefs who need someone to work opposite Marcus Peters.

20. Denver Broncos- Garett Bolles, OT, Utah

The Broncos offensive was a complete mess last year and it likely cost them a playoff appearance. They spend some more during free agency to address the unit, but there’s still at hole at left tackle. Garett Bolles is a top-flight athlete who can handle the position.
