The Cleveland Browns got the best prospect by far with their No. 1 overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft. With their second pick in the first round that they got from the Philadelphia Eagles, they can get their QB. All the fluff has Trubisky going No. 1 overall but I don’t even believe that’s who the Browns want.
I believe they want to keep his name out there so Deshaun Watson will last to No. 12 overall. All of the top QBs coming out this year have a lot to learn before they’re ready to play. But Watson has the least to learn and has the three things a young QB needs the most.

One, Watson is smart, already showing he can make his pre-snap reads and adjust plays and protections accordingly. Two, he learns quickly as the footwork he leaned dropping back from under center was clean at the combine. Three, he’s obsessed with winning and will do whatever he has to do to come out on top.

He’s 33-5 and has won a National Championship so the leadership and ability to elevate his team is there. Sure, Trubisky has some arm talent but hasn’t shown the rest of what it takes to win in the NFL. The bottom line is Watson is the guy you trust to lift our team out of the cellar..
. QB. Clemson. Deshaun Watson. 12. player. 53
