One thing I have to give this new Cleveland Browns’ regime is they collected a lot of draft picks. People talk about them missing out on Carson Wentz but they made the right decision last year. Wentz was not a rookie sensation of any sort, he just did okay for awhile with a great O-line.

Wentz would not have been anywhere near as good with the Browns so they made a good decision. They have two picks in the top 12 now and they can’t mess up on the No. 1 overall pick. Bump all the Mitchell Trubisky talk, they have a chance to pick a once-in-a-generation type of talent.

Those are the types of players that you can turn your franchise around the fastest. Of course, QBs are the most important position in all of team sports but Trubisky just isn’t that good right now. It’s going to take him years to get there while DE prospect Myles Garrett will dominate right away.

Garrett is a freak athlete is like Jadeveon Clowney but he’s healthy and knows how to rush the passer. The Browns made some good free agent signings this offseason to put some pieces around him. The Browns’ turnaround is getting ready to start in a few days when they pick Garrett No. 1 overall.
. DE. Texas A&M. Myles Garrett. 1. player. 53
