4. Jacksonville Jaguars- Solomon Thomas, DL, Stanford

Jacksonville is a prime candidate to trade down and collect more picks. However, they could find it hard to pass up on a talent like Solomon Thomas. He’s an explosive defender who can create pressure and support the run.

If Fournette is still on the board  he makes a ton of sense for the Jaguars. He’d give them a way to take the ball out of Blake Bortles hands and still be effective.

  • 5. **Trade**Cleveland Browns (Tenn)- Mitch Trubisky, QB, North Carolina

Trade Details- Tennessee receives pick No. 12 and No. 52 (2nd Round)– Cleveland receives pick No. 5.

The Browns appear determined to land Mitch Trubisky and have the assets to get it done. In the end, the overall cost to trade back into the top-10 could be much lower than expected. Seems like every team is looking to trade down.

Adding Trubisky would give the Browns a quarterback to develop for the future. This only makes sense with Hue Jackson in the building who has a history of developing young quarterbacks.

If the Titans stay at No. 5 Marshon Lattimore would be a great addition. This team needs a potential lock-down cornerback and Lattimore fits the bill.

    6. New York Jets- Marshon Lattimore, CB, Ohio State

The Jets have needs all over their roster and should focus on adding the best player available. Lattimore is a stud prospect who could quickly develop into a shutdown cornerback. His combination of length and speed give him tremendous upside.

There’s a ton of talk surrounding the quarterback position, but it just doesn’t seem to make sense for the Jets to add another non-sure thing prospect. Other than newness there’s not much separating these quarterbacks from Christian Hackenberg.
