After A long and Drawn out process the Cleveland Browns finally get their elite pass rusher

After months of deliberation The Cleveland Browns have finally settled on the player that most scouts have said all season is the best player in the draft. Recent reports have said that they might take Cleveland native Mitchell Trubisky with the pick. But he Browns do the right thing and take Garrett.

Garrett is a big strong pass rusher with incredible speed, good bend and the ability to convert speed to power. His intangibles leave you reminded of the great pass rushers in history, like Mean Joe Greene and Lawrence Taylor. The Browns have needed a game changing player since their re-inception to the league in 1999.

With analytics driving the ship, Garrett is a no-brainer. He test well, he runs well and his college production is off the charts. He has a perfect off the field grade and a great teammate.

Since Cleveland Hired Greg Williams as their head coach over the summer, local Cleveland area reporters felt like Garrett was the pick. The only knock on Garrett, is the narrative that he sometimes takes plays off. Williams is expected to get the most out of Garrett. If he can, Garrett has the ability to be an All-Pro.

The AFC North is full of great quarterbacks. With Garrett set opposite of Emmanuel Ogbah, all of the sudden the Browns have  an answer to stop them. If this pick works out, the Browns may finally be able to reach the playoffs and compete in the AFC North.
