59. Kansas City Chiefs- Fabian Moreau, CB, UCLA

Fabian Moreau needs to become a more consistant player, but he has the size and quickness to be a top-notch corner in the NFL. The Chiefs need to add someone opposite Marcus Peters to keep teams from avoiding his side of the field.

60. Dallas Cowboys- Howard Wilson, CB, Houston

The Cowboys could use a few of their remaining draft choices on the cornerback position. Here they get a playmaker in Howard Wilson who isn’t afraid to jump a route. He’s extremely instinctive, has excellent ball skills an good short-area quicks.

61. Green Bay Packers- Kareem Hunt, RB, Toledo

The Packers need to add a physical running back to work alongside Ty Montgomery. Kareem Hunt is an excellent fit for that role thanks his size and toughness. He also has the potential to develop into an every-down back.

62. Pittsburgh Steelers- Taywan Taylor, WR, Western Kentucky

The Steelers love adding explosive wide receivers like Taywan Taylor to the mix. He’s a big-play threat who can stretch the field and break off big gains on wide receiver screens.

63. Atlanta Falcons- Dan Feeney, G, Indiana

Atlanta is looking to replace Chris Chester at guard an could do a lot worse than Dan Feeney. He isn’t a flashy player but is someone who gets the job done. This is a guy who will really help open some holes in the running game.

64. Carolina Panthers (via NE)- Tarell Basham, Edge, Ohio

Tarell Basham has the quickness and savvy to quickly develop into an effective pass rusher. This is the pick the Panthers got for trading Kony Ealy to the New England Patriots. Basham has a chance to develop into the player Carolina envisioned when they selected Ealy.
