The Minnesota Vikings worked hard this offseason to improve their porous offensive line. Riley Reiff and Mike Remmers aren’t elite players, but they represent an upgrade for the Vikings.

  • Look for rookie Pat Elflein to grab a starter job at either guard or center. These additions will go a long way to helping the offense’s stability.

Sam Bradford had a pretty solid season despite dealing with tons of pressure and having no ground game to lean on. This year he needs the receiving corps to stay healthy and provide more explosive plays. It would really help if last year’s 1st round pick, Laquon Treadwell, starts to live up to expectations.

The combination of Latavius Murray and Dalvin Cook should breathe some new life into the running game.

Defensively, the Vikings have an above-average unit that has the makings of a Super-Bowl caliber unit. They have some younger secondary pieces like Trae Waynes starting to earn their keep. Getting pressure on the quarterback will be an important factor moving forward.
