  • The Denver Broncos offensive line was a complete mess last year and cost the team a playoff appearance. They made fixing that unit a priority this offseason by adding Garett Bolles, Menelik Watson and Ronald Leary.

Bolles is the leader for the starting left tackle position with Leary manning a guard spot. These upgrades should help stabilize the running game and give Denver’s young quarterbacks more time to survey the field.

The defense needs Shane Ray to step up his game as the Broncos look to replace the retired DeMarcus Ware. Rookie DeMarcus Walker will be asked to shoulder some of that load by generating pressure from his defensive end position.

Obviously, the defense will rely heavily on stars like Von Miller, Aqib Talib, Chris Harris and Bradley Roby.

Denver has the talent and depth to make a Super Bowl run. However, they need either Paxton Lynch or Trevor Siemian to seize the starting job. This team will go only as far as one of these young quarterbacks will take them.
