29. Cleveland Browns

Key Additions: Kenny Britt, Kevin Zeitler, J.C. Tretter, Brock Osweiler, Myles Garrett, Jabrill Peppers, David Njoku, DeShone Kizer, Larry Ogunjobi, Howard Wilson, Caleb Brantley and Matthew Dayes

Key Losses: Terrelle Pryor

The Cleveland Browns added as many as seven new starters to their roster this offseason. The big splash came along the offensive line with Kevin Zeitler and J.C. Tretter. These two should stabilize the unit and make life easier for whoever is under center.

Cleveland’s ongoing quarterback problems weren’t solved this offseason. In fact, the water got muddier with the addition of Brock Osweiler and DeShone Kizer. It looks that Cody Kessler will head into offseason workouts as the starter.

This quarterback room has talent, but nobody that has experienced success in the NFL.

Cleveland’s defense should be a much improved unit. Look for new defensive coordinator Gregg Williams to get the most out of this group. They should have a ferocious pass rush with No. 1 pick Myles Garret and Emmanuel Ogbah attacking off the edge.

The secondary is as strong as it has been in a few years. Joe Haden is the veteran of the group, but Jamar Taylor may be the group’s top player. Rookies Jabrill Peppers and Howard Wilson should make in early impact.

Cleveland isn’t close to contention, but they have added some nice pieces to the puzzle. As always, the key will be figuring out the quarterback spot.
