10. Los Angeles Chargers- Josh Rosen, QB, UCLA

Josh Rosen is an extremely talented quarterback prospect. He has the tools needed to be an elite player at the next level. UCLA’s offense runs a pro-style offense which gives Rosen the opportunity to work from under center and go through progressions.

Rosen also brings a strong throwing arm, solid mobility and natural accuracy. The Los Angeles Chargers need to find a long-term replacement for Philip Rivers whose career is coming to an end. This upcoming draft might represent the best opportunity to fill that need.

Grabbing a quarterback early in the 2018 NFL Draft makes some sense because the Chargers have built some depth over the past few years. Their roster is in solid position which means they can get their quarterback of the future and not hurt their chances to be immediate competitors.

Rosen is just one of several quarterback options in this draft. He is a strong prospect, but does have his share of question marks. His biggest issue is dealing with pressure and making sound decisions. Rosen routinely drops his eyes when dealing with a pass rush.

This keeps him from making proper reads and finding the open target.
