12. Jacksonville Jaguars- Orlando Brown Jr., OT, Oklahoma

It’s a make or break year for Blake Bortles who’s squarely on the hot seat. The Jacksonville Jaguars won’t hesitate to move on from Bortles should he have another poor season. However, that doesn’t necessarily mean they will draft another quarterback.

Instead, it may make sense for them to target a veteran and improve other areas of the roster. One area that needs a talent upgrade is the left tackle position. Jacksonville tried to address the problem with Branden Albert, but he has yet to show up to team activates.

The next best option on the current roster is rookie Cam Robinson. He has the raw talent to be a starting left tackle, but is plagued by inconsistencies and may be a better fit at right tackle or guard.

Drafting a stud prospect like Oklahoma’s Orlando Brown Jr. could fill this hole for a decade. Brown is a massive individual who also shows good athleticism. He knows how to use his size and length to protect the quarterback.

If the Jaguars want to target a quarterback in the 2018 draft it might make sense to be very aggressive. This means they should look to trade up in order to land the quarterback they covet.
