Impact Free Agents:

Karlos Dansby, ILB – He will step in as a new starter at inside linebacker.  Bruce Arians wanted more leadership on his team and Dansby, the former Cardinal brings plenty of that.  And at 35 years old, he’s still a very good player.

Phil Dawson, K – Last years kicker Chandler Catanzaro only made 75% of his field goals.  That won’t cut it. Playing in a division like the NFC West, a field goal here and field goal there could give you one or two more wins, which could be the difference in making the playoffs and not. Phil Dawson is older at 42 but he’ll be more reliable that Catanzaro was last season.

Antoine Bethea, SS – Another veteran that gives the Cardinals leadership on the field.  The Arizona Cardinals have some younger players who could start at strong safety but with Bethea, Bruce Arians knows what he’s going to get. Above average performance and a leader.

Regular season prediction:

The Arizona Cardinals suffered a rare losing season under head coach Bruce Arians last season.  So I think they’ll turn that around and contend for a playoff spot in 2017.  I see the Cardinals going 9-7 this season.
