Fantasy Football Hot Plays for Week 1

DeMarco Murray and Derrick Henry vs. the Oakland Raiders
The Tennessee Titans have an offense that is build to run the football. Their powerful offensive line routinely opens running lanes for DeMarco Murray and Derrick Henry. Despite the addition of some new pass catchers, the Titans will continue to make the running game the focal point of their offense.
Last year was a bounce back season for Murray who looked rejuvenated. He was obviously more comfortable working in Tennessee’s power-based running attack. Murray should again have a very productive season.
Henry figures to see even more carries this year after a strong rookie season. He’s a powerful runner who features a surprising burst. It’ll be interesting to see how the Titans divvy out the workload this year.
Their matchup against the Oakland Raiders figures to provide the Titans with opportunities in the ground game. The middle of Oakland’s defense will feature two rookie starters in Eddie Vanderdoes and Marquel Lee.
Both are talented players, but will face a tough task right out of the gate. The interior of the Titans offensive line is very powerful and will look to exploit the rookie’s inexperience. Tennessee will also want to feature their ground attack in order to keep Oakland’s explosive offense off the field.
