ORCHARD PARK, NY – DECEMBER 11: Antonio Brown /

55. The Pittsburgh Steelers enter the 2017 season with the possibility that it may quarterback Ben Roethlisberger’s last. The quarterback mulled retirement over the offseason but decided to return for another season. Also, back is running back Le’veon Bell who’s ended his hold out and wide receiver Antonio Brown is among the league’s best. The Steelers defense got a boost with the signing of cornerback Joe Haden. This was a position of weakness for the Steelers defense and Haden makes it stronger. The Steelers have the talent to repeat as AFC East Champions but a trip to the Super Bowl is another question.. . . Pittsburgh Steelers. 4. team

. . Atlanta Falcons. 3. team. 44. The Atlanta Falcons have one of the most explosive offense in the league. But will the team take a step up or a step down after the devastating loss in the Super Bowl to the New England Patriots. ? They have the reigning league MVP in Matt Ryan and the NFL’s best wide receiver in Julio Jones. The running backs Davonte Freeman and Tevin Coleman are both dangerous. Head coach Dan Quinn has the defense getting better and he has a great pass rusher in Vic Beasley at his disposal. The NFC South is a tough division but as good as the Falcons were last season, they may not have hit their peak yet. Particularly on defense, they may become even better.<br />
