team. 13. The Los Angeles Chargers have been one of the worst teams in the NFL for the past few seasons. However, they enter 2017 with a new head coach in Anthony Lynn and a new outlook for the future in a new city. The Chargers still have Philip Rivers at quarterback and he gives them a good chance at turning things around. The offense should be really good in 2017 and the defense has some nice pieces to work with. It starts up front with Joey Bosa and Melvin Ingram, who make a great set of bookends at defensive end. But while things are looking up for the Chargers, one has to wonder how much of an advantage they’ll have at home playing in a small soccer stadium in LA. 46. The Indianapolis Colts come in at 25th in the NFL Power Rankings. They have a chance at a good season with Andrew Luck at quarterback. The AFC South would be in play as well. However, with Luck still not ready to play, the Colts chances for a successful season are damaged as long as he’s out. The Colts traded for Jacoby Brissett as an option at quarterback along with backup Scott Tolzien. But until Andrew Luck returns to the lineup there will be question marks on the Colts season.. . .
