The Denver Broncos move up in the NFL Power Rankings this week from number 13 to number 12. The Broncos opened up the season at home with a division win over the Los Angeles Chargers 24-21. Quarterback Matthew Stafford went 29 of 41 for 292 yards and 4 TD’s. This was a close game but the Lions took control in the fourth quarter by outscoring the Cardinals 20-6. The Lions defense forced 4 turnovers on the Cardinals offense, picking off Carson Palmer three times.
