Houston Texans. 18. team. 10. The Houston Texans fall in the NFL Power Rankings this week from 17 to 18. They defeated the Cincinnati Bengals on the road 13-9. Rookie quarterback Deshaun Watson got the win in his first start as a quarterback and put the Texans on top in the first half with a spectacular 49 yard TD run. While the defense held the Bengals without a TD, the offense still has some work to do before the Texans can move higher in the rankings. In week 3 the Texans stay on the road to take on the 1-1 New England Patriots.. Beat the Bengals 13-9. Previous:

17. team. 59. The Miami Dolphins move up a spot in the NFL Power Rankings this week from 18 to 17. The Dolphins defeated the Los Angeles Chargers on the road in week 2, getting a 19-17 victory. The Chargers had a chance to win the game but missed a field goal with time expiring. The Dolphins got 122 yard rushing from running back Jay Ajayi and quarterback Jay Cutler had a TD pass in the win. In week three the Dolphins stay on the road in the AFC East to take on the rival 0-2 New York Jets.. Beat the Chargers 19-17. Previous: . Miami Dolphins
