The Cardinals were behind 13-3 in the fourth quarter but came from behind to tie the game in regulation and won it in OT. Wide receiver J.J. Nelson had a big game five catches and 120 yards receiving. Quarterback Carson Palmer had 332 yards passing in the win. Defensively, Chandler Jones had 2 sacks. Carolina Panthers. 15. team. 87. The Carolina Panthers move down one spot from 14 to 15 in the NFL Power Rankings this week. In week 2 the Panthers defeated the Buffalo Bills at home 9-3. The Panthers defense held the Bills to just 3 points and a paltry 178 yards of total offense. They dominated time of possession 38:53 to 21:07. While the Panthers got the win, the offense could muster just 9 points themselves, so that’s a concern. Especially because in week 3, the Panthers stay home to take on the NFC South rivals, Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints.. Beat the Bills 9-3. Previous:
