9. Los Angeles Chargers

It seems like a typical start to a Chargers season with close losses. This team absolutely has enough talent to compete for a playoff spot, but just can’t win the close game. These two losses will make it tough for the Chargers to compete in the tough AFC West.

10. New Orleans Saints

The New Orleans Saints got the wrath from the New England Patriots loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. Tom Brady and company were not going to start the season 0-2. They came out and wanted to make a statement that the offense isn’t in trouble. The same can’t be said about the Saints defense.

11. Buffalo Bills

Sean McDermott is employing an interesting approach to coaching the Buffalo Bills. Predictably, he is trying to win with defense while taking the air out of the ball on offense. This might be more of a situation where McDermott understands that his team will be over match most weeks.

12. New York Giants

The New York Giants are in real trouble and need to get the offense fixed in a hurry. However, there aren’t many options at this point in the season. It’s possible that we see New York’s lack of vision along the offensive line finally catch up to them.
