Previous: . Miami Dolphins. 24. team. 59. The Miami Dolphins move down in the NFL Power Rankings this week from 17 to 24. The Dolphins lost to their AFC East rivals the New York Jets 20-6. Even the Dolphins lost on the road, it was to one of the worst teams in the league, and it was a convincing loss. So they had to tumble in the rankings. The Jets out-gained the Dolphins 336 yards to 225 and held the Dolphins to just 30 yards rushing. In week 4 the Dolphins return home to face the 1-2 New Orleans Saints.. Lost to Jets 20-6

32. The Arizona Cardinals move down in the NFL Power Rankings from number 16 to 23. The Cardinals lost at home to the Dallas Cowboys 28-17. The Cardinals kept things close for most of the game but the Cowboys pulled away in the fourth quarter. Quarterback Carson Palmer had a big game with 325 yards passing and 3 TD’s and Larry Fitzgerald had 13 catches for 149 yards. However, the Cardinals still can’t generate a running game without David Johnson as they gained just 49 yards on the ground.
