Even the Dolphins lost on the road, it was to one of the worst teams in the league, and it was a convincing loss. So they had to tumble in the rankings. The Jets out-gained the Dolphins 336 yards to 225 and held the Dolphins to just 30 yards rushing. In week 4 the Dolphins return home to face the 1-2 New Orleans Saints.. Lost to Jets 20-6

32. The Arizona Cardinals move down in the NFL Power Rankings from number 16 to 23. The Cardinals lost at home to the Dallas Cowboys 28-17. The Cardinals kept things close for most of the game but the Cowboys pulled away in the fourth quarter. Quarterback Carson Palmer had a big game with 325 yards passing and 3 TD’s and Larry Fitzgerald had 13 catches for 149 yards. However, the Cardinals still can’t generate a running game without David Johnson as they gained just 49 yards on the ground.
