13. Jacksonville Jaguars

Through 3 weeks the Jacksonville Jaguars remain one of the league’s biggest mystery teams. Are they the team that blew out the Baltimore Ravens or the one that struggle so much against the Tennessee Titans. The one thing we do know is that Blake Bortles is the key to their overall success.

14. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are a team hoping to make a playoff run. However, they haven’t looked great to open the season. Their win against the Chicago Bears was more about the Bears beating themselves. This past weekend’s blowout loss to the Minnesota Vikings was a major shock.

15. Baltimore Ravens

We can look at the Baltimore Ravens in a few different ways. Maybe they are a team that just couldn’t handle the travel aspect of their London trip. However, they could also be a group that beat up on two bad teams (Browns and Bengals) before getting dominated by the Jaguars.

16. Cleveland Browns (via Hou)

The Cleveland Browns are rooting for Deshaun Watson to fail for several reasons. They want the Houston Texans to lose as many games as possible to improve the value of this pick. However, the Browns also don’t want to see Watson succeed and regret no selecting him for themselves.
