NFL Trade Rumors: Predicting NFL Trades that Could Happen

The Los Angeles Chargers have an extremely crowded wide receiver corps. It has only gotten worse with rookie Mike Williams finally coming back from injury. One player that is going to lose snaps and playing time is Travis Benjamin.
Los Angeles signed Benjamin hoping that he would provide an explosive element on the outside. However, his inconsistency and inability to find a role makes him expendable.
The Dallas Cowboys could use a burner on the outside to help pull coverage way from Dez Bryant. A speedster like Benjamin would prevent teams from stacking the box against the run. Despite his inconsistency, Benjamin’s speed makes him an asset.
It’s possible the Buffalo Bills pick up the phone and make contact with the Chargers. They have a need at the position and find themselves in the thick of a playoff race. Benjamin would have a similar impact on the Bills offense as I predicted for the Cowboys.
Even after blowing a lead to the Miami Dolphins, the New York Jets are still in the playoff hunt. They also could use some speed on the outside to help their overall offensive production.
