9. New York Jets

Todd Bowles is doing his job by trying to put his team in the best position to win games. However, each win makes it more unlikely that the Jets are able to land a franchise quarterback in the 2018 NFL Draft. They can’t count on Josh McCown to be their starter for much longer.

10. Cincinnati Bengals

It looks like the Cincinnati Bengals are in need of a complete overhaul. This may be more in the form of coaching changes rather than major roster adjustments.

11. Baltimore Ravens

The Ravens continue to be one of the harder teams to figure out. They have a few impressive wins this year as well as bad losses. This is a team that appears destine to finish the year 8-8.

12. Green Bay Packers

Green Bay is going to continue to fight the good fight, but it will be hard for them to remain in the playoff hunt with Aaron Rodgers out. On a positive note, Brett Hundley has a chance to build some trade value if he plays well.

13. Tennessee Titans

It’s time for Marcus Maroita to take the next step in his development and lead his team to the playoffs. The Titans have enough talent on both sides of the ball that they should be in the playoff mix until the end of the year.

14. Oakland Raiders

The Oakland Raiders are struggling to meet the high expectations formed at the beginning of the year. They just haven’t been able to play a complete game which makes it difficult to win games. The season isn’t over yet and they still have a chance to make a playoff push.

15. Los Angeles Chargers

The Chargers saw their winning streak come to an end after a tough matchup against the Patriots in Foxboro. However, they have been playing better football in the past few weeks and might have finally turned the corner.

16. Denver Broncos

Denver has some real issues at the quarterback position and maybe even flirting with making a change. The problem is that neither Paxton Lynch nor Brock Osweiler is a clear upgrade over Trevor Siemian. Denver needs to make do with what they have until the offseason.
