31. Mason Rudolph, QB, Oklahoma State

Mason Rudolph has the tools to be an effective starter in the NFL. His numbers are inflated because of Oklahoma State’s system, but he has shown the ability to make all the throws.

32. Ogbonnia Okoronkwo, Edge, Oklahoma

Okoronkwo is a strong prospect who can set the edge against the run and rush the passer. The fact he has little experience in coverage hurts his stock some.

33. Maurice Hurst, DL, Michigan

Hurst is a penetrating defensive tackle prospect who often makes plays behind the line of scrimmage. He’s a little on the small side for a defensive tackle, but we have seen players like that succeed in the NFL.

34. Cameron Smith, LB, USC

Smith is an instinctual linebacker who has the quickness needed to make plays sideline to sideline. He also shows the ability to get his defense set up properly before the snap.

35. Josh Sweat, Edge, Florida State

Sweat is a reliable contributor who has shown major upside as a pass rusher. He needs to add more moves to his arsenal, but could develop into a double digit sack artist.

36. Malik Jefferson, LB, Texas

Jefferson is a speedy linebacker who has the athleticism to play multiple roles. He has shown the ability to stuff the run, blitz the quarterback and hold up well in coverage.

37. Da’Shawn Hand, DL, Alabama

Hand is one of those physical Alabama defensive linemen who control the point of attack. He is someone who is very tough to move off the line of scrimmage.

38. Jerome Baker, LB, Ohio State

Baker is a chess piece who can play several roles from his linebacker spot. It’s his quickness and athleticism that make him such a versatile defender.

39. Darius Phillips, CB, Western Michigan

Darius Phillips is an underrated player who is quickly moving up my draft board. He is the type of cornerback who can create takeaways awhile also preventing the big play.

40. Trey Adams, OT, Washington

Adams is still recovering from an injury that will impact his draft stock. The medical checks at the combine will play a major role on where he is drafted.
