17. Los Angeles Chargers- Derwin James, S, Florida State

It’s possible that after the workouts and combine that Derwin James sees his stock regain some value. He is an elite athlete who needed some time to get back to full strength after a knee injury. When healthy, he is someone who can be a major factor in both the run and passing game.

The Chargers could use a game changer at the safety position and someone to help take this exciting defense to the next level.

18. Seattle Seahawks- Arden Key, Edge, LSU

Arden Key is going to be an interesting story throughout the draft process. He has the upside of a top-10 pick, but comes with plenty of question marks. His on-field play this year wasn’t the greatest has he struggled to round into form.

However, the off-field stuff will be the biggest things NFL decision makers evaluate through the process.

19. Dallas Cowboys- Vita Vea, DT, Washington

Landing Vita Vea would be an ideal scenario for the Dallas Cowboys. He is a massive individual who also features surprising quickness. This is a 3-down player who will stuff the run and generate pressure in the quarterback’s face.

20. Detroit Lions- Marcus Davenport, Edge, UTSA

Marcus Davenport is a hot name right now and will get even hotter after the Senior Bowl. He is an electric athlete with the length evaluators look for in a pass rush prospect. The only question maker is how he will adjust to the higher level of competition.

His pass rush skills are something the Detroit Lions need even if Ziggy Ansah doesn’t leave via free agency.
