21. Buffalo Bills- Rashaan Evans, LB, Alabama

The Buffalo Bills have been very unpredictable since Sean McDermott and Brandon Beane joined the team. It’s possible we see another stretch of major roster changes even though they are coming off a playoff berth.

Either way, they will need to addresses the linebacker position at some point in the offseason. Rashaan Evans is a sideline to sideline player who also has some pass rushing skills.

22. Buffalo Bills (via KC)- Da’Ron Payne, DT, Alabama

Buffalo goes back to back Alabama players here by adding Da’Ron Payne. Personally, Payne is more of a 2nd round pick in my opinion but when fully engaged can be dominant. His best skill set is his ability to stuff the run which is a major need for the Bills.

23. Los Angeles Rams- Darius Phillips, CB, Western Michigan

The Los Angeles Rams have several cornerbacks heading to free agency which means they will have some work to do this offseason. This year’s draft has some depth at the position especially towards the end of the 1st round.

Darius Phillips is an under the radar prospect who has major upside. He features the size, speed and instincts needed to develop into a No. 1 corner.

24. Carolina Panthers- Kolton Miller, OT, UCLA

Matt Kalil is not suited to be a left tackle in the NFL. He just doesn’t play with enough consistency to protect the quarterback. The Panthers need to realize this fact if they hope to keep Cam Newton healthy.

UCLA’s Kolton Miller is still developing as a player, but his athleticism would make him an instant upgrade over Kalil.
