4. Arizona Cardinals

The Arizona Cardinals lost quarterback whisperer Bruce Arians and starting quarterback Carson Palmer at the end of the 2017 regular season. Arians retired from his position as head coach of the Cardinals, while Palmer retired after 14 productive years in the NFL.

With Arizona in the market for a quarterback who can help it win now, it would be silly for Kirk Cousins to view this as anything but an option worth considering.

Arizona can offer something that no other team on this list can: A pair of elite playmakers. Larry Fitzgerald is one of the most sure-handed players in NFL history, as well as a seemingly ageless wonder who could produce big numbers with you or I under center.

Fitzgerald is weighing the possibility of retirement, but it stands to reason that having a player like Cousins at quarterback would change his mind.

Furthermore, Cousins would be playing with an All-Pro running back in David Johnson. On the other end, the Cardinals have a deep and star-studded rotation of players that include Chandler Jones, Tyrann Mathieu, Patrick Peterson, and Tramon Williams.

With a defense that’s ready to contend and two superstars at the skill positions on offense, Cousins would join an excellent situation.
