The Scouting Combine is just around the corner and that even will have an impact on my 2018 NFL Draft Big Board.

Below is my top-50 2018 NFL Draft Big Board before things get clouded by the Scouting Combine. The Combine is an important part of the process, but it does lead to some over reactions. It’s the game that that should make up the bulk of a players final evaluations.

Typically, the rule of thumb is that the Combine be used as a measuring stick. It’s also something that could force you to go back and take another look at a specific prospect.

This version of my 2018 NFL Draft Big Board features a lot of changes from the previous edition. There are plenty of new prospects on the list and several that have dropped off. These rankings will continue to evolve as we get close to the draft and I get a chance to complete more scouting.

However, I don’t anticipate many changes to the top-10 of my rankings. The one thing that could cause some adjustments would be crazy medical or character reports from the combine. Unfortunately, we have seen those type of storylines develop in the past.

Please be sure to check back after the Scouting Combine to see an updated version of my Big Board.
