The 2018 NFL offseason has already become one of the wildest and most unpredictable periods of time in recent memory. Draft picks are being moved, big names are finding new homes, and the landscape of the league is being altered.
With a number of big moves playing out before our very eyes, one can’t help but ask the question: What does this mean for the 2018 NFL Draft?
The Cleveland Browns have added high-profile players at quarterback in Tyrod Taylor and running back in Carlos Hyde. The Buffalo Bills have traded up from No. 21 to No. 12 and the Cincinnati Bengals have acquired a Pro Bowl offensive tackle in Cordy Glenn.
Furthermore, the Green Bay Packers have added an All-Pro pass-rusher in Muhammad Wilkerson and multiple teams have added quarterbacks.
The Denver Broncos recently signed Case Keenum for what’s being reported as two years and $36 million. The Minnesota Vikings have reportedly won the sweepstakes for Kirk Cousins and the New Orleans Saints have re-signed Drew Brees.
A number of other moves have transpired, but for the sake of our sanity, we’ll look at this in mock draft form and answer the question: What does this all mean for the 2018 NFL Draft?
