The 2018 NFL Draft is flush with intriguing quarterback prospects. The sleeper could be former Richmond Spiders star Kyle Lauletta.

The 2018 NFL Draft cycle has been dominated by a number of quarterbacks whom general managers are attempting to talk themselves into. Whether or not that’s a noble endeavor, it makes one question if it would truly be worth spending a first-round pick on a QB.

If a franchise ultimately decides that selecting a quarterback in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft wouldn’t be worth the risk, then Kyle Lauletta could be the answer in a later round.

Generally unheralded during his college career, Lauletta burst on to the scene at the 2018 Senior Bowl. The Richmond Spiders star turned heads during drills and justified the growing hype with a stellar performance during the game.

Lauletta was 8-of-12 for 198 yards, throwing for three touchdowns and zero interceptions during the South team’s 45-16 win.

With eyes set on him, Lauletta turned in another solid showing at the 2018 NFL Scouting Combine. That all but solidified his place as a prospect whom many are beginning to believe could be one of the steals of this class.

The question is: What exactly does Richmond Spiders quarterback Kyle Lauletta bring to the table as a 2018 NFL Draft prospect?
