Stud: Justin Herbert, QB, Oregon

Justin Herbert is the cream of the crop of the potential 2019 draft class, but he does come with some holes in his game. Herbert has a live arm and his overall ability and upside are apparent. That said, Herbert seems to struggle with the mental processing on the field. He makes strange decisions and tends to lock onto targets. That said, Herbert possesses prototypical NFL size and is mobile enough to extend plays outside the pocket and pick up extra yards. There are some questions about whether or not Herbert will declare this year or return for his senior season, but if he does decide to declare he is nearly guaranteed to be the first quarterback off the board, and potentially the first player overall.
