#15. Washington Redskins Potential Targets: WR A.J. Brown, QB Daniel Jones Duke

Like the teams picking 6-10, these five teams are all extremely different. Some like the Packers and Falcons are a few pieces from being super bowl contenders. Others like the Dolphins and Bengals may be entering total rebuilds while Washington is smack in the middle.

The defensive-dominated first round is guaranteed to continue here, but another quarterback or two may get their name called.

The Bengals defense was a nightmare in 2018. There’s no doubt they will go defense here as they seem set at quarterback and have great depth at both wide receiver and running back. If LSU’s Devin Bush falls out of the top 10, he’d a perfect fit.

Green Bay has one of the best quarterbacks ever to play the game under center. Their offense will find ways to score. Their defense, however, can’t stop anyone. They struggled at getting to the quarterback and stopping the run thus, look for them to grab a big man for the defensive line such as Mississippi State’s Jeffery Simmons.

The Dolphins may be entering a complete rebuild. They need a quarterback. If the Giants or Jags pass on a quarterback, Drew Lock could be available. Lock should be the Dolphins man if he’s there. If not they should find a pass-rusher to replace the aging Cameron Wake.

Atlanta got things going late in the season, but it was too little too late as they finished 7-9. The Falcons have one of the game’s best offensives but their defense was decimated by injuries. They had almost no pass rush in 2018 as Vic Beasley was dreadful. Look for them to nab Rashan Gary or Jachai Polite.

Finally, Washington seemed to have control of the NFC East until the injury bug killed their season. They will need to add offensive playmakers in 2019 especially at wide receiver. They may also be in the market for a quarterback if Alex Smith’s injury is indeed carer ending.
