Nick Bosa consistently flashed his dominance over offensive lineman while at Ohio State and is set to be an impact player in the NFL; but will he comeback from his season-ending injury 100%?

Name: Nick Bosa

School: Ohio State

Position: EDGE

Projected Draft Position: Top 5 pick

Nick Bosa has shown the potential to be a upper-echelon edge defender in the NFL throughout his college career with his relentless motor, good play strength and get-off. His hand usage and bend help generate pressure on the quarterback and can use his length to his advantage to stack and shed blockers in the run game. His only real question mark is whether or not he will return to his former pre-injury self or potentially slow down post-injury.

Most of the draft community considers Bosa to be the consensus number 1 overall prospect in the 2019 NFL Draft class, with only Quinnen Williams presenting a threat to that claim. The Draft Network, CBSSports.com and Sports Illustrated all have Bosa on the top of their big boards as of today. The Draft Network had this to say about Bosa “Bosa is a universal blue chip prospect who can be moved along the line of scrimmage at the leisure of down/distance and at the will of his coaches.” Versatility is certainly a very attractive trait for defensive lineman and provides scheme flexibility for whatever team drafts Bosa.
