QB. Ohio State. Dwayne Haskins. 11. player. 56. All bets are off for incumbent starter Andy Dalton, and new coach Zac Taylor will be hard-pressed to pass on Haskins, whose natural arm talent is arguably the best in this year’s draft. He’s a one-dimensional quarterback, however, who will need a strong offensive line to have a chance at high-level success in the NFL.

49. Gary is one of the physical freaks in this year’s draft class, but his underwhelming production at Michigan has many wondering if he looks like Tarzan, plays like Jane. Still, the immense physical gifts he’s bringing to the NFL will land him in the first round, with the Packers likely being the latest he’d come off the board. If he reaches his maximum potential, Green Bay will end up with the steal of the first round.. EDGE. Michigan. Rashan Gary. 12. player

player. 59. Surprise, surprise! Risner is going to be valued much higher by NFL teams than most mock drafts are suggesting right now. A player with his versatility, experience and all-around reliable skill set will vault him into the top 20, and a team like the Dolphins, who need as much help as they can get up front, will be a great candidate to call his name.. OT. Kansas State. Dalton Risner. 13

44. An exceptional athlete, Burns looked more like a wide receiver than a 250-pound edge rusher at the 2019 NFL combine. He’s been one of draft season’s biggest risers and is now firmly entrenched in the top 20 of this year’s class. Burns will bring much-needed quick twitch to the edge of Atlanta’s defense in 2019.. EDGE. Florida State. Brian Burns. 14. player
