21. player. 36. The Seahawks haven’t had an alpha receiver like Butler in, well, forever. Doug Baldwin’s had a respectable career and Tyler Locket brings juice to the passing game, but Butler has the physical ability to take over games for QB Russell Wilson. His NFL combine performance has put him in the first-round discussion, and Seattle is a logical landing spot for a pass-catcher with his attributes.. WR. Iowa State. Hakeem Butler

player. 26. Stunner! Samuel cracks the first round in this mock draft, and the Ravens make a ton of sense as his landing spot. Baltimore needs to add wide receivers who can generate a lot of separation for QB Lamar Jackson, and Samuel fits the mold perfectly. He’s been overlooked in this year’s wide receiver group, but his tape doesn’t lie: he might be the most pro-ready pass-catcher in the class.. WR. South Carolina. Deebo Samuel. 22

player. 10. Murphy may end up the top cornerback in the class by the time the draft process is said and done, but in this mock draft scenario, the Texans get a twitchy cover guy with excellent ball skills and playmaking ability at the 23rd pick. Murphy’s value trumps need for Houston with this selection as many fans (and QB Deshaun Watson) would probably prefer offensive line help.. CB. Washington. Byron Murphy. 23

24. player. 28. The biggest winner in the 2019 NFL draft is the Bears, who essentially selected Khalil Mack with the No. 24 pick. Wow. As for the Raiders, they’ll add juice to their offense with Jacobs, who offers a high-end explosive running style tailormade for success inside and outside in the NFL. He’ll join Antonio Brown in what will be a completely revamped Oakland offense in 2019.. RB. Alabama. Josh Jacobs

The Eagles will look to add more young talent at defensive end and Ferrell, who started the draft process ranked closer to the top 10 than No. 25, is fantastic value. He’s been a highly productive player and a key cog to Clemson’s success over the last three years.. EDGE. Clemson. Clelin Ferrell. 25. player. 54

Arizona State. N'Keal Harry. 26. player. 46. Harry had a good — really good — scouting combine, checking in at 6-2, 228 pounds with a 4.53 40-yard dash and 38-inch vertical jump. HIs performance helped silence concerns about his explosiveness, making him a safe projection as a big and physical receiver with run-after-the-catch potential. And that’s exactly what the Colts need.. WR
