Round 7, Pick 217: Devine Ozigbo | RB | Nebraska

The Jets signed Le’Veon Bell to a massive four-year, $52 million contract to be the first, second, third, and every other down running back on offense, but even he’ll need a breather from time to time.

Gone is Isaiah Crowell, leaving only Elijah McGuire as a potential No. 2 back on the depth chart.

Enter Ozigbo, whose blend of vision, patience and power has him tailormade to not only be a quality backup, but a potential starter in the NFL.

Ozigbo ran for 1,082 yards and 12 touchdowns in 2018. He averaged seven yards per carry along the way.
