56. . LB. Michigan. Devin Bush. 11. player

Bush is continuing his massive climb up the first round and he’s teetering on joining the top 10 here, but he’ll fall just outside of it at No. 11 to the Bengals, who have a need at linebacker and will waste very little time snagging the rangy and athletic Bush to immediately step into a starting role. I actually like Bush’s NFL upside more than White, although I don’t think the draft will reflect that opinion. Bush is a star in the making.

49. . TE. Iowa. Noah Fant. 12. player

This is one of my favorite prospect-team matches in Round 1. The Packers haven’t had a weapon at tight end like Fant in an extremely long time. He’s the kind of target who can win on all three levels of the passing game, and when combined with Aaron Rodgers, would be one of the highest-impact rookies in 2019.

Montez Sweat. 13. player. 59. . EDGE. Mississippi State

Sweat profiles as a top-five pick and he has flashes of absolute dominance on tape, but his inconsistency, combined with a heart condition that was revealed after the NFL combine, will cause him to slip closer to the middle of Round 1 than the top-five picks. And that’s a good thing for the Dolphins, who add a potentially dominant force to their pass rush.

44. . DL. Houston. Ed Oliver. 14. player

One of the most physically talented players in this year’s draft, Oliver sliding to No. 14 will be viewed as grand larceny two or three years from now. The Falcons need more juice along their defensive line, and Oliver’s addition — combined with Grady Jarrett — could be a force to be reckoned with.

Four quarterbacks in the top 15? Yes, four quarterbacks in the top 15. Jones may not have as high of a draft profile as the three passers selected before him, but he has legitimate NFL starter’s traits and the Redskins have been thrust into the quarterback market after Alex Smith’s gruesome injury in 2018. Jones would be a bit of a forced pick here, but he’s going to be picked in the first round.
