With only nine days before the 2019 NFL draft gets underway, analysts are publishing their last best-guess mock drafts in an effort to predict what each team will do in the first round.

NFL Network draft analyst Daniel Jeremiah published his third mock draft of the 2019 NFL draft season, and it wasn’t without some surprises. Here’s a look at five that immediately stood out.

This pick qualifies as a surprise because it’s the first time Oliver has been mocked ahead of players like Quinnen Williams (Alabama) and Josh Allen (Kentucky). And I don’t think it’s totally out of the question.

"Gregg Williams coached Aaron Donald during his time as Rams DC and could easily find a way to utilize Oliver in the Big Apple."

Oliver began the 2018 college football season as a potential candidate for the No. 1 overall pick, but the draft industry got infected with Oliver fatigue and went searching for reasons to knock him down the draft board by the end of the year.

But things usually come full circle in the draft process, and Oliver is back where he belongs among the elite blue-chip prospects in this year’s class. Could he end up the third overall pick? Absolutely.
