. LB. Michigan. Devin Bush. 11. player. 56

The Bengals take the ‘other’ linebacker in this year’s class, even though Bush may end up the better pro in the long run. He’s just as athletic as White and is better at completing his assignment. Bush has All-Pro potential.

Noah Fant. 12. player. 49. . TE. Iowa

Aaron Rodgers will have the Packers’ utmost attention in the first round, and at No. 12 overall, they’ll give him an explosive weapon at tight end, something he hasn’t had the luxury of playing with for many, many seasons. Fant, in Green Bay, will challenge for NFC Offensive Rookie of the Year honors.

Dwayne Haskins. 13. player. 59. . QB. Ohio State

The Dolphins have long been expected to pass on quarterbacks in 2019, but with Haskins sliding to No. 13 overall, Miami decides to scoop him up and start the rebuild a year earlier. Haskins can sit behind Fitzpatrick in 2019 and take over the reins in 2020.

. iDL. Mississippi St.. Jeffery Simmons. 14. player. 44

Simmons is a top-10 pick on talent alone, but he’s coming off a torn ACL and has some off-field concerns. He’ll likely be ready to play by mid-to-late season and will be a big boost for a team like the Falcons who could be in the midst of a playoff push. Simmons is a high-risk, high-reward pick.

The Redskins may or may not be in the mix to trade for Cardinals QB Josh Rosen, but assuming they don’t make a move for the second-year passer, they’ll find their future of the position here with Lock at No. 15 overall. It’s a risky pick, however. Lock needs time to develop into an NFL passer.
